SM102 2P Issue all dampening motor and slow down drum not function

Hi I am new; can your team give advise how to fix this problem

 

You must post pictures of service (diagnostic) screens.

 

Start with basics, turn off power and reseat all boards, with a focus on HAK and LTK, in main cabinet.

Hi sit like junker told you , try to remove and push again the hak board and clean very well the plugs , also check the ntk power supply board if it s ok you can replace the ntk with similar one to be sure that s ok

 

Hi Adil, thanks for your advise. i had try follow the prosedure and swap the HAK boards but still same. I check the slow down motor and found that 1 connector pin was problem. the connection was lost. repair the the connaection. Currently the faulty was solved. tq for advise
