SM102 2 col +L feeding issues

Recently purchased 2 col SM102. We are having problems feeding 350GSM. Basically the press is in China so I can only go off feedback. They tell me the paper stops on the infeed and not deep enough and therefore the sheet trips out. The paper looks terribly wavy so I have suggested they source flatter paper. Surely 350GSM is okay for this press?

 

Probably need to check feeder timings if changing the paper has not helped.

 

Thanks mrheidelberg. On a different note looking to install an SM74 in Turkey and need to know the floor loading requirements is 1000Kgs/m2 strong enough?

 

Not my specialty (floor loading) but I'm sure someone will be able to help with the correct information.
