It's sheet loss. Check if you have suction (vaccum) on transfer drum at perfection unit. Have you switched on the vaccum compressor?

 

Would not that be a different symbol? Only two sheets on a board not at the head stop yet and feeder stops.

 

No, sheet loss will stop Feeder not Paper run (suction head)
Did you check the vacuum at the tale of paper? You can feed one or two sheets in to the press and then stop the machine by emergency stop and inch the press from perfecting unit. Then check if the paper slides properly over the transfer drum. Check the format, rubber suckers, vacuum compressor, hose from compressor to the unit.

 

What do you mean by "Only two sheets on a board not at the head stop yet and feeder stops". Do you get this error before the first sheet runs to the machine?

 

Yes. Sometimes feeder not even coming on and fault come up. Was able to get running by alter b13 perfector control sensor. Output 16 for sensor control was not consistent with press revolution. Don't know why.

 

Do you see this error after power it ON as well?

 

Not only with feeder engaging.

 

And only in perfecting mode

 

Do you know what would cause inconsistent output 16 for b13 sensor?

 

How many units your machine have?
Have you checked the sensor from beneath the machine? It seems something is intrupting the sensor?

 

4 unit press. 2 over 2. As press idle in perfect unit 3 where sensor is input 13 comes on with output 16 turning on. No paper in the press. But it is not consistent with every revolution of the press. Any time no output 16 feeder turns off.
