    Dear all
We have a Heidelberg SM 74 with perfector after U2, model 1995, 150'000'000 impressions.
    Colour sequence is B C M Y.
The 4 registers at the lead edge are perfect, but at the tail edge they shrink to the inside (right and left). If I consider that the black is OK, then I can see the cyan shrinks for less than 0.5 mm, the magenta and yellow shrink for more than 1 mm.
I am mechanical, and I started to adjust the bearers between blanket cylinders and impression cylinders to the standard, after tomorrow I will adjust the bearer of blanket cylinders to plate cylinders.
But I am not sure shall the grippers and cam followers make such a problem? And shall anybody has recommendations that can help?

    Hi sir
    Hope you are well
Will be great a Idea if you test the Grippers and Support for them
They are parts that work Very Hard, and you must carefully and to see it, if there are Out of adjustment
and followers, etc. Clean it. and lubricate the bar system

Problem can be with gripper and cam followers. Specially check grippers of transfer cylinders between the units.

It usually happens with low quality recycled papers and also if your grain direction is wrong.

    Hello everybody
I hope all of you are fine.
And I would like to thank all of you my friends.
Actually, I was out of my country for 4 days, and my colleagues complete the job.
In fact the machine has stopped production for two years.
My colleagues found that the plate clamping had some jam, and the springs were in a very bad condition.
They moved the jam out, clean the clamping well and replaced some springs.
    The results were excellent.
May this feedback helps some of you anywhere.
