hello. We have a SM 74. Machine was running fine and we had a power surge. We restarted the machine and it will not print.

Gives us error about not enough pressure. We checked the lines and we have 140 psi coming into the machine.

Could it be electrical? Any ideas?

140 psi? The pneumatic components are not rated for that. Typical regulator setting is 7 bar (98 psi). Is it possible the pressure sensor has been damaged by excess air pressure?

Electrical issues after a power surge is a good guess, but who knows for sure? You say you restarted the machine and it will not print? Does that mean you turned the power switch off and on, and then pressed the production button? Or what did you actually do, exactly? You have to be a little more specific.

    Insufficient pressure?
There may be a fuse tripped in the air cabinet
