Sm-74 feeder pile hang problem

Plz see the photo and plz help me.
Machine pile some time hang running time the feeder pile Board.
Plz help

Here is the possible faults:

1)Data transmission error or error message from HAK to REK2:
interface error occurred during changeover of fully automatic
perfector.

2)Fault in interface component on ESK.

2A)Defective data packet during transmission of characteristic
curves for motor control.

3) HAK2 reports timeout while transmitting data to REK2.

3A) HAK2 reports timeout while receiving data from REK2.

3B) Protocol from the HAK still incomplete after 100 ms.

3C) ESK does not reply to HAK2 (timeout).

4. Plug of serial interface of HAK2 not inserted.

4A) Monitoring signal of HAK2 is present.

4B) Interface of HAK2 reports data transmission error.

4C) REK2 turns off the power parts on LTK and S
