sm 74 cptronic 1-04

    Our machine runs and stops.
    The dyn test shows the error:HWI 7EFF MOT 7F7F
    The T with a circle shows on the electronic cabinet in ZID.
    One of our technician says it is an encoder issue.
    After a while the machine works normally for days and the error comes back again.
    please someone should help with this error.
