SM 74 Blanket Washers

    We are having a problem with the blanket cloths sticking to the blanket once in a while when this happens it un winds all the material and wraps it around the blanket. Any ideas?

    Grain direction can cause issues depending on cloths you use.

    No we are using Saphira line, the lint is horrible though and had thought about changing to see if anything was better. We have an operator that was hired from another shop that was running a 5\c SM74 he said that they never had a lint problem like we do.
