Sm-74-5P2., 2003. Errors S-BLT CON 3FDF & S-MSK ENCODER FFBF

Good to all.
We replaced a worn-out brake disk on Sm-74-5, 2003. After completion, the machine will inch or run for just few seconds and stop with the errors above.
How could I go about getting the correct position for rotor encoder?

You must enter motor serial number on the cp2000.

I know the process to various codes and machine number but, never go to the page for motor serial number
