SM 74-5P wash-up icon disappeared

Hello Gentlemen,
I have a problem with a working SM 74-5P. The icons to enable wash-up for Unit 2 on the CPtronic display has disappeared whiles all other units remains as shown in this picture.
What could be the cause of this fault?
Is It software related or an electrical fault?
Your ideas are welcome please.

perhaps the sensor that detects the wash-up tray???

Please open the door of cpc or cptronic, and depend of the system that you

have would be Old technology using 7 segments display common cathode or Anode see the attached schematic, can be faulty or burn. Replace or test it.

I have heidelburg SP 102,
in this machine i have some issues,
One is having changes in variant code.
And second issue is some icons are missing in the display.
Please guide me how to solve these issues.

Hi sir if you change your variant key all icons will be there

Hi Sir:

Please review very carefully, the Ribbon cables, or Flat cables, for open, or faulty, or corroded , clean pins, or edgen with eraser pencil
They accumulate oxide. or pins bends, or corrodes in the case or ribbon cables. in both cases if are faulty replace it.

First at all you never must manipulate variant code (if you don't have knowledge) . Looks like Variant code was missing... But...achine cam running? General functions works? It is a 102s looks like achine close year 90. If you have icons that don't appear is probably an eak with failure or a conector in printing unit broken...

I dont think that this is 102S that why i told him to change the variant key , he have only 6 printing unit

Famsam give us more information... In black screen looks like machine is in actual value and blue in pre-selector... If you have no select 6 unit in pre-selector when you change to actual value unit don't appear....

Waiting for confirmation in this case i told him to change only variant key then the menu will appair
