SM -74-2 not booting

Dear all,
Kindly help me to find the issue of booting on my Heidelberg sm-74-2.
I have seen only green LED is 'ON' on ewk boards during machine start up . And after few seconds the red led is always 'ON' on zsk board.
Please could someone advice me about details of Red and green LED on EWK

Please make this test in ewk: connector
X 31:
pIN # 1: +15vDC
2) pINs 2,3 +24Vdc motor
3) pins 4,5 +5Vdc
4) Pins 6 -15Vdc
5) pIN 15 +24Vdc i/o grounds:
6)Pins 7,16,8,9,10,11,12 Vdc motors

Tolerance must be: +- 0.7% up or down. otherwise, repair or replace the complete electronic boards

However First: clean very well !!!! all Edge connectors, and look for: colder+dry colder joints!!!!!!
