SM 74 2 Colour

When we shut down the machine and then to start it on the feeder side blue light flickers and indicate that stop button is pressed.But it is not.So we have to off the machine and on the machine many times to get operational .We waste a lot of time in this process and some times run to 3 to four hours.
When the error comes on the feeder side error appear as #11.
I do not know what it is .
Pl help me

Actually right now I can't start the machine. Please advise as to how I get the input and output picture
