Im just learning the ins and outs of the sm52 Just need to know Alcolor Z rollers on or off Any tips for this press gladly taken
Never ran one Only roland and komori experience
 
Depends a lot on the coverage and the type of ink, we never intergrate with metallick and if there is not much coverage then generally not. It also depends on your roller settings, if you keep them set then intergrated works like a champ but if you let them get out of wack then we have had better luck segragated. It's like everything else in printing thre is not really firm rule other then keep the ink and water balanced.

    The machine will run better with the Z roller off with less water potentially going into the ink.
     
    If there is only a small amount of ink coverage i find segregated works best. Although if your roller settings r good it shoundnt matter.
