hello dear sir, don't take it the wrong way. it's not something difficult but someone has to do it in front of you so that you can do it too because there are springs that catch the blanket and if you If you can't, you risk breaking them. I can explain it to you. It doesn't bother me, but you still have to understand the explanation. It's something difficult, but the explanation will be long and perhaps misunderstood. thank you very much

You should have the jacket bar somewhere it's used to keep jacket tight as you inch on to cylinder

Suggest you not use bar to keep jacket down while inching machine. Its purpose is to push lead/tail edges down while clamping. Very old versions of 40” jacket jigs had a moveable plastic insert that could be used as Jack mentioned.

    Hi sir
normally there is a plate retaining bar when mounting but you can successfully mount without using it.
start by entering the 15 mm fold in the grip of the clamps tighten the btr screws with the cipan 5 after turning step by step by keeping the plate on the cylinder and then enter the 8 mm fold in the stretching bar and tighten the hexagon head screws with spanner 13 at the end tighten the plate with the hexagon head screws in the same bar
    Good luck

Make sure you have all the necessary tools and a clean workspace.
When you’re ready, carefully remove the old jacket and pay close attention to how it’s installed.

Not recommended to operate on your own, the difficulty is too high

This will help when you put the new one on. Align the new jacket properly and make sure it’s snug without any wrinkles. Once it’s in place, run a test to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.
Good luck with the replacement! By the way, if you’re looking for some custom T-shirts for your team, check out https://matohash.com/collections/custom-t-shirts/. As for me, they have great options for custom designs.
