Hi , in reply to your question about the problem KID
1) Please test the battery backed RAM, in ZSK and replace if necessary after you measure the Voltage.
2)Measure the Power supply in Kid Module, see you schematic diagram
3) Look for loose +pins bend or dirty or corroded flat cable between ZSK vs Kid module
4) See for colder+dry joint in the Kid Module
5) Defective Kid module.
