Hello everyone
We have a 1999 SM52-2 with 34 million strokes. The thing is, a few months ago it suddenly stopped while working. I turned it off, turned it back on, and it continued working. The next day the same thing happened. We called an electronics engineer, checked the power supply, and it was working correctly. The engineer reset it, and the machine started up as if nothing had happened. It's been working for about three months since then, but it started working again. The machine keeps dying and won't let us access any controls from the panel. The thing is, the machine starts up, but after a while it dies. It should be added that sometimes the screen stays on CP tronic and won't start, not even after resetting it. Please, I need help, thank you.
