also i know that i should Set Feeder Time in correct position
but i dont know where is the degree and how can i found the start time degree

  • thanks for your reply
    ank position is true
fuk position is true and seen in a corret position . my problem is timing feeder with machine

“Timing feeder to machine” is a difficult procedure to explain, and involves lining up white marks on unit #1 oscillation adjustment and engaging drive chain in the proper position at feeder clutch.

There are numerous adjustments at the feeder which may be causing you problems, like basic adjustment of feeder suction head, proper arrival of forwarding wheels to the forwarding roller, worn forwarding wheel bushings, worn bearings in drive tape idler shaft and proper positioning of guide wheels and racks. To list a few.

Are you sure that you have a timing probleme please when the machine stop give me error on the MID monitor .
And if you can take me a video of this operation it will be good .
I think that you have a problem on the OS motor of oscilator or OS pneumatique cylinder of cylinder it deppend on your machine technologie .
    Give me video

If it possible send me step by step adjustment
For example how can I found time degree on machine because I have a document that tell me set on 333 degree with edge 2 of adjust disk
I found the adjust disk but I couldn't find deegrees

1986 machine requires tooling that is available only to authorized Heidelberg Drukmachinen representatives. However, I'm sure by now, there are ways to acquire these tools. You must have a degree wheel, a degree wheel arbor and a zeroing flag.

Besides that, you should really locate an individual that knows these older machines to examine it for mechanical faults. I’m not convinced, due to 30 years of experience, that you have an answering switch problem.

    Ok
Thanks .if it possible do it for me .
Now I know what am I need

An automotive engine degree wheel will suffice. A suitable arbor shouldn't be too hard to fab up with appropriate hardware, and a pointer can be made with a wire coat hanger that has been sharpened to a point on the pointing end. The actual procedure as mentioned by Junker will be the hard part!!! Elimination of all the other factors that can be causing your problem would be the way to start. The proper timing spec of the sheet to the front lays would be the LAST step in the process and only after your certain that all the functions that Junker has mentioned have been verified as correct.
