SM 102 - Side pull guide not working.

Good day. We have a SM 102-2P machine, year 2001. Our side pull guide is not working. The motor is not moving. We suspect that the value of the potentiometer and the motor is not in sync.

Anyone got a guide or manual (electrical & mechanical) on how to set this?

There are 2 pot in each sidelay
One in motor and one for fine positioning of the gauge.

Check in dig - init/dyn test is there any error of ssk1/2 motor error
Pls confirmed

Heidelberg service personnel came and solved it. They like do a calibration then issue solved.
There is error FFFA on the screen, now it gone and working.
