As the title says, can’t put press into perfecting because the latching mechanism is not lining up. How do I get it to line up? Only been running this machine for 4mos. Was running Komoris and Man Rolands before.

    Thank you for the input.

See how the lines are off by an inch?

Do a site search on here, there was recently a long thread going over “re-zeroing perfector changeover error” or something like that. It went over the procedure for the task you need accomplished.

Seems like the hydraulics are not engaging.

“Oil can error” showing at unit equipped with perfector? Plug going to intensifier?

By the way, it’s not going to do anything until zero position is restored.

Yeah it’s stuck in straight print. The latching mechanism is not lining up. How do I reset it so the lines line up?

Like I said earlier, search this site for re-zeroing procedure of perfector. It’s involved, and I don’t have the time to go over it on this forum.

You have to check first the hydaulic oil is not enough , then pneumayic pressure of the machine , if all is ok yiu have to set the machine manually on the straight mode
