Sm 102 dyn test-1 sbm flashing

When i run my machine. From speed 0 to 3000. The machine will be swing at 2.4 or 2.5 after that speed normally become 3000.
Before dyn test not flashing. After running machine. Dyn test flashing

According with the Error code shown: you have over current in SBM2
1) Please review if the Input control voltages are NOT fluctuatin over 10% Higher or down, call the supply company if this the problem
2) Test the Belt of Main Motor, if there are loose or very Tight??
3) Touch with your hand if the Motor coming Heat.
4) See for loose wires in the terminals Main Motor, or connector, or dirty, or corroded, or oxide, and tight and clean very well.
5) If the problem persist: Time of Maintenance Main Motor. Every electrical motor the time for doing maintenance is 8 months aprox. Lube the bearing or replace, clean it, and lube completely.

All of that you mentioned, i have checked.

If i pull out all rubber roller on the machine. Nothing trouble.
After i put in the rubber rollers for 2 unit machine. The trouble it comes again. I think about electrical issue. Can give me explanation.

And how about gnt rectifier transformer, it can be the trouble to do that?

Hi sir:
I believe the problem is Motor, can be Winding Reheating.
You have 2 options: 1) Rewinding or 2) Replace by a new one.
About gnt can : No, because is Run well. in the case any Rectifier is Open or Short that the 2 only condition, And that is NOT the case.
