We notice a slight amount of set off onto the coated side after running uncoated side thru. We are very careful not to go over 220 total ink coverage. We use an aqueous coating also to help seal the sheet, but I don't think it helps much since it's uncoated. We run our pile temperature at 95 degrees and we adjust the sheet drop so that it is not scuffing coming into delivery. I've heard that running up the temp to around 105 degrees might help. Any thoughts on this from the print pros in this forum?

    Thanks.

Id suggest trying to schedule work to print the uncoated side last allowing you to run up your powder a bit. Also might want to consider draining your powder hopper and filling with a larger sized powder when printing on uncoated side.
