Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Sinocolor UV printer (3.2m wide, roll-to-roll). Recently, the printer has started stopping unexpectedly and displaying error code 33008 - 1 pass printer error. If I turn it off and leave it for a while, it’ll resume printing, but after some time, the same error comes up again.
Has anyone experienced this issue or know what could be causing it? Any suggestions for troubleshooting or fixing this would be greatly appreciated!
