Silver ghosting

Hi guys need some help, I’m operating Hp Indigo 7900 and I having ghosting problems on color silver maybe someone know how to fix it. I already change a roller bid but the issues of ghosting still there. Thanks .

Just to know, I suppose you performed a Full Color Calibration after changing BID developer roller. Try to do it with default parameters and ignoring history.
If you already did, you may try adjust your bid electrode voltage...<<< this surely will fix, but the problem will still be there
Rebuild your ink if necessary and clean the tank elements.
 
  • Hello Sir thanks for your input, I already did even the adjustment of voltage from 160 - 220 - 240. 240 is better it almost gone the ghosting but when I printed the actual job the ghosting still in there. But yeah maybe I have to rebuild this silver .
     
    Check voltages if it won't help, rebuild ink and calibrate conductivity.
     
    check the temperature, and second transfer... your blanket seems to be signed...
