Sidelay timing issue

Had a smash up today and it looks like the operator sidelay has slipped.
Now its is all the way down when the sheet tries to enter the front lays
Smart cam reads 34.5 degrees
Everything was fine before the smash up

Can someone walkthrough the procedure to change side lay timing? Or better yet give me contact details if they’re local to me.

Machine was bought second hand in 2018 without a komori agent, so unfortunately they won't help us.
Our usual engineer has stopped working and apparently there is no one else located in Victoria, Australia we can call.

Press is a 2005 LS40
