Side guide do not work correctly - sm102

Roller do not touch registration plate. But if one move side guide via cp2000 to plus/minus 1 mm, roller will correctly touch plate again. Can anyone tell me why?

The roller does not touch the pulling bar.

As I understand, I think that the guide rail under the side lay roller is worn, or some tooth at the rail are damaged.

The pulling bar is normal and not worn out, it moves normally. Just the roller does not touch it about 4 mm.

Fountain solution may have leaked into pull rail casing, rust damage to waffle (linear) bearing support. Brass guide casing may be worn, loose on shaft.
