We recently acquired this press and are having trouble getting the zero setting on our ink fountains. The zero settings aren’t saving. Could use any help.

    Hi sir:

Hope the new year will better for everybody.

    You need to test :

    1) Flat cable, for bad connections, or loose , or dirty, or bad or bend pins.

1a) Test the power supply panel.

1a) check the cables for communications.

    2) if everything is o.k, the touch panel in the screen is defective, however look for : dry +colders joint solders, otherwise : Replace it.

    Thanks for the reply,
Do you have the steps for setting the console and keys to zero? I believe that’s where we are missing a step
