Shinohara 66iv problem

I'm facing problem in shinohara 66iv 2000 the problem is the communication between CPC and ink key are lost I think because other than ink motor everything is working
all 4unit ink motor has error has any body face the same thing?

 

1) measure the regulated power supply in tolerance 0.7% up or down.

2) look for loose connector, or loose cable.

3) test the ribbon cables, or flat cables.

4) clean the edge connector, most of 70% faulty in electronic is to due this, clean very carefully with the electronic spray.
