    Hey all,

My shop currently has three machines: an AB Dick 360 single-color offset duplicator, a Ryobi 3302 two-color offset press and a BizHubPro C5501 digital machine.

I'm trying to figure out the most economical way for setting up business cards and postcards. On an offset press, it's obviously to your benefit to run fewer up on more sheets so that you have a longer run to get up to color, and you mess up fewer if you screw up a cut during finishing. But on this digital machine where we're paying for each click, it's hard to assess if it's better to save money on the clicks by running the largest sheet size possible, or to just use a standard sheet size for everything we can to reduce headaches. Our inclination is to keep as much money in-house as possible, as in pay for the fewest number of clicks possible.

How do you do it? Each press has different maximum paper sizes and printing areas. What's the easiest, most efficient and economic way to do it?

Thanks in advance for your help.
