Setting backgage position on Challenge cutter

Hi All,
Newbie here. They really do have a forum for everything!
I'm trying to set the backgage on my new to me Challenge model 20 cutter.
The owners manual tells me there is a set screw beneath the wand but I do see one.
Has anyone else done this adjustment?
