Service For Konica Minolta C7000

We have purchased and are using a Konica Minolta C7000, and we love the print quality, etc. We have a strict policy against long-term service agreements. We need to find someone willing to provide service/maintenance without a long term contract. We are in West Texas. Any ideas?
