Senator 78

Dear all !

I‘m new in this forum and hope that I will find a technical Help for an Schneider-Senator 78 Cutting Machine !

Following Error is bothering more and more, sometimes after EACH CUT !
Here it comes and I hope that somebody can friendly help me out:


SSR1-Error: 41 Status: OA
-S45 (SBE) nicht betätigt nach
Grundvorpreßzeit

in English:
SSR1-Error: 41 Status: OA
-S45 (SBE) not activated after Basic PrePressure

PS: Yes I searched before posting, but "SSR1-Error" gave not only one Result ….

 

Hi sir;

You have problem with the SBE switch safety bolt activated, Y17!!!

Look for missing voltage, loose wires, corroded connector, board 42110 for corroded, or dry or colder joint solder.

Try to Reset Button, and look if there are blue light.

oK, y17 is safety bolt solenoid, will be a good idea, to get the schematic diagrams electrical, and look where is located this device.

Normally they are located behind of the Start button, or above of gear box.

Is NOT breaker, please look carefully in according with the wiring schematic electrical, section locations device.
