Semi Autoplate Problem Help.

Hi.

We run on our Heidelberg SM 102-8 colour made 2012 with semi autoplate change.

I noticed does not push plate to autoplate clamp cca.3 -4 mm so i must myself push and hold meantime when autoplate clamp close on all unit by hand.

Promlem is if we run big size 1020 x 720 and we cant make good register.

Its like spring have poor pressure to plate.

Somebody know where is problem

Hello..does the pneumatic pressing rollers bar pushes the rear edge into the clamp..this will be actuated by a valve which activates the 2 pneumatic pistons which press the rear edge in..is the air pressure ok with no leakage? Many regards..

Its posible change position on plate cilinder ?

IF by go litl be had met more coming down plate cilinder certainly push more to plate clamp.

For example Units 1. is position on dysplay 316.1 and working and push plate good

And for example unit 3. is position 320. an look and closed plate no good.

Hi,
When you say plate wont push in is this on edges or is it across entire plate? If its entire plate is the push bar pushing on the bend of the plate or down lower? If its the edge of the plate being loose this could be bar under clamp not pushing up (dirty) bushing worn in bear where clamp goes in.

Plates dont push on edges its look like is weak springs-its just my opinion.

Only units 1 and 3 push and close across entire plate OK
