Screen pt-r 4300 Troubleshooting

Hello guys
on a ctp machine type (screen pt-r 4300).The Balancing springs broke during operation with a loud bang. After replacing balancing springs for the transport pad its movement became very noisy. I've done all the adjustment there is in the service manual to balance the transport pad. I would like trouble shooting to solve it. Is it because the springs aren't tensioned properly or I have the Driver bar twisted or problem with any of the gears and spirals

Hi Sir:

As you say, the troubleshooting, must be look: 1) if the springs are ok, ( same materials+ tension). Howver use the common sense, is the
best invaluable tools, that exist. o.k ?

2) that Involve tension in Spring are NOT good. or Drive bar twisted, and look very well, for LUBE, in that section.

Starting to reinstall the springs. Is there a software called (pt-r maintenance tool) that's used to set the machine

How to get hold of that software? Plus Thank you, I managed to set the transport pad after removing the motor. it's now balanced nicely. I have 1 question about Sirio Plate processor, Shall I shut the machine overnight or put it in stand by mode (which doesn't cool down the chemical but keeps re circulation ) - now using chemical temperature 28 degrees C.
