Schneider Senator E-Line 115

hi guys,
i have a E-Line 115 that is giving me some grief.
When i hit the cut buttons the blade is activating but the clamp is not coming down automatically like it should.
Has anyone had this issue and can help?

Hi Sir:
Review:
1) If the system as Hydraulic Oil enough, if NOT the system has Air, you must :a) Refill b) Bleeding
2) If everything is o.k test the Hydraulic Motor for the Clamp, if is working measure the Voltage according with the Schematic Diagrams.
3) See if the guide are Lubricated very well and clean it
