Schneider Senator 78 E-Line

Does anyone have any experience with a Schneider Senator Cutter 78. Apparently the mother board was changed and the cutter was said to be operating. It has power, we turn it on and push the I button on the panel and the screen lights up and says "Schneider Senator" but that is it. We cannot get it to do anything else. The motors wont go, the screen doesn't change. Any suggestions?

I believe it is the mother board, but the customer does not want to pay so I have not fixed it.
