Schneider senator 76 sc - knife is not activated

Dear All,

Maybe someone can help me... The problem is related to a Scheider Senator 76 SC. The cutting process is correctly activated and the clamping beam lows, but the knife does not cut. The error it shows is No. 95.
Can anyone tell me what it is due to? I do not have a clue to interpret that error.

Hello. Am I correct in stating the 76sc is hydraulic cut cycle? I have seen these before with hydraulic problems. Regards.

Hi sir:
Please test

1) the limit switch S 45 for Safety Bolt,

2) Clean it, test x Continuity, look for loose wires.

3) Clean the Safety Solenoid, Lube with Graphite, and see if there are Voltage normally, are+42Vdc

I'm using the Schneider Senator 76 SC for cutting plastic covers (Polyproplene)

The knife is not coming down for cutting the load, but the weight falls.
The error message changes every time when i turn the machine ON and OFF.

When i try the option of removing the knife, then the knife falls down as regular.

Could you please help me to sort it.

Our production has been affected severely for past 2 days. Tried reaching local mechanics in our region, India. But its challenging to sort out.

Kindly suggest me, Ph - 7200011001.

I will be very glad to get a phone call to help me overcome this and start my business again.

Please review the electronic board indicated in operator manual Status LEDs, x Diagnosis SC31-3010.
The Led that is coming ON, is the probably faulty.
