Schneider senator 76 elite error format

Hi guys,
We just buy used Schneider senator 76 elite.
But it display wrong size. Also when we move backward or forward fast error size became bigger. Ex it display 450mm when we measure 150mm.
Any help please ?

Hi sir:
The scanner system, would be defective, however try to clean it, and see the connectors, for dust, corroded, broken cables, pins corrodes, broken, or bad contacts, use clean contacts cleaner.
