I’m having a problem with my Schneider 115H TSC year 1999 paper cutter: it doesn’t work when the blue light above the R button stays on, even when I press the R button.
Sometimes the light goes out and the paper cutter works normally, but that’s very rare.
I can’t seem to find the fault; if you could help me sort this out, I’d be grateful.
