  • Hi Sir,

    We have tried hitting reset button but the error message reappears after few moments with different error codes each time.

    Try to reset the complete CPU, attached is there my own schematic , how to do it.

    Look the model of CPU that his machine has, if from Motorola, or INTEL, or whatever, and model, and look in Google, or Yahoo, or Bing, the pins diagrams, and locate the RS(Reset) pin, and make a bridge with Ground, with the machine TURN ON.

    Hi sir:

    You have 1) problem with time of machine, adjust cam switch time in upper possition , proof and error adjustment.

    2) SBQ SWITCH safety bolt, NOT activaded, test the voltage at terminal of solenoid of SBQ, if there are ??
    adjust the switch, and LUBE with graphite the SBE, very well. or damaged the SBQ

    Dear Chock,
    Thanks for your quick reply. We are based in Ethiopia and no one know about this machine. Could you please send me if you have pictures of the location cam switch and SBQ switch?
    Many blessings!!

    Hi Sir:

    1) Located shaft Gear(cam switch , can be plastic the cam).

    2) SBQ: Behind of the machine is Solenoid: switch safety bolt.

    Unfortunately do not have pictures , but you have schematic wiring electric diagrams!

    Hi again,
    Before I touch, could you please which switch is the right one. Please see the picture.

    Hello Chock,
    Morning, as per below your advise,
    1) problem with time of machine, adjust cam switch time in upper possition , proof and error adjustment.

    2) SBQ SWITCH safety bolt, NOT activaded, test the voltage at terminal of solenoid of SBQ, if there are ??
    adjust the switch, and LUBE with graphite the SBE, very well. or damaged the SBQ.

    The volatege is around 385v and also adjust the time of machine but till no hope. Is there any things we missed. In the middle its come by himself and back to same error. Is there we can avoided this safety procedure?
    More blessings

    Hi sir;

    I believe, that you misunderstood my steps;

    1) Cam switch , Time of machine must be in upper position.

    2) SBQ Solenoid, voltage terminals, must be around between +42 volts, or 24, see his schematic diagrams electrical. NOT 385 V, unless you are refer to the INPUT of the machine. am talking about SBQ solenoid terminal ( safety bolt).

    3) if your paper cutter the clutch is electromagnetic, measure the brush, and ring about +42 Volts, clean, replace o repair, possible the coil of the clutch is Overheating, ( NOT burning) , and need to rewinding.
