Scheduling Software

I am looking to find out what others are using for scheduling software for printing and bindery functions

Currently, we use a manual scheduling board. Our management wants us to move to an electronic form of scheduling, but keep costs down. We are an EFI Hagen/Monarch user for ERP functionality. There is it's 'build-in' Schedule Board, but it seems fairly limited. EFI has it's "PrintFlow", but it seems quite costly.

1) What software (it does not need to be an EFI product) are you using (or are you still manual?) and how well does it work for you?
1) Is anyone using the "Schedule Board" software and how well does it do it's job?
2) Is the price of PrintFlow justified? How do/did you justify the cost?

Any and all answers are welcome.
