Saving Scan Settings for similar jobs

Hello All,

Have new job & am developing efficiency procedures that involve a KonicaMinolta Bizhub C450.Each month employees need to scan 100+ items to be emailed. Problem is customer wants smaller files so employees are having to manually choose a setting that removes background & is a smaller resolution.

Am reading manual but cannot seem to see a way to save these settings so that they might be accessed with 1 button whenever the various employees are scanning items for this customer. Will appreciate any help. Thank you.

I believe I've found what I need.....I "registered" a new program & chose the settings I needed. It seems to have saved the correct settings profile to a button under programs. If anyone has any comments to the contrary or additional tips, I'll be very appreciative.
