My damper & chrome roller is inking up. My damper roller doesn't have a consistent speed, it slows down almost to a haul and speeds up

Not liking that plastic gear may be worn-out.make sure dampening roller is correct stripe to chrome and plate

Check that plastic gear if it is not spinning on the shaft.
Set the rollers correctly and desensirize the chrome roller

Adjustment parallel the roller with a Feeler to both size, and clean very well, look carefully the teeth of gears, are o.k , other wise, you must replace, and see if the ball bearing are o.k, possible damage, time of replace ir !!
