Sakurai Oliver 266EPZ Monitor Frozen

Lately when powering up the press the monitor display screen will freeze at a certain point while booting up. It freezes right at the point when the initial boot-up starts. Right at the spot when it says UD-30 Version 1.20 & the rest is in Japanese. Has anybody ever encountered this. The Press is a 1998 Sakurai Oliver 266 EPZ.
I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Same problem with a 272 EPII
We contacted a technician and he told us to check the cable connection between the touch panel and PLC in the main cabinet.
We didn't have any luck till now,did you do anything to solve this problem?
