Sakurai Error Encoder

I have a problem when I want to change plates.

146: Encoder Error
ENCODER ERROR !!!!
Plate cannot be changed!
Check Encoder

How to solve it? Does anyone have any information?

Do you have this problem only on changing plate or also in running condition ??

 

With low speed or also with high speed ??

 

It only happens when I want to make the change.

 

The first step is positioned, then when the second step is taken, the error occurs.

 

in your case there will be electronic semiconductor components leaked into the encoder, check the encoder, clean it and change the components if you have the skills or replace the encoder if necessary

 

The encoder I think works fine because the fault is in the 2 printing units and I don't think that the 2 encoders fail equally.

 

That not have a relation with the unit but it happends on the rotation direction and main drive speed , please check the encoder and let me know .
Please confirm when you run with high speed like >3000 do you have a problem
