I open up both sides so there even, then tighten them evenly till no water bead and tighten about 7 or 8 clicks.

We are running the same fountain solution mix that we run on our komori the damp systems are very close in style . maybe we should check it out . we are also building lots of ink on the metering roller in A short period of time

Do you use a chrome roller cleaner and desensitizer on the water chrome? I do whenever the press isn't going to run for awhile. Since doing this regularly my metering rollers are staying ink free.

The wash up is key with these. We have the same Press. Don’t drop the water forms during wash up until the end. Also you may want to gum chromes each night to ensure they don’t get sensitive.

Yes the rollercleaning is key on these 750’s. Have put on 70 mill. In 10 years only changed the form and waterrollers.

I run dayshift only and use a chrome cleaner/chrome desensitizer every night. The metering roller stays clean.
