Hello!

We are having an issue with vaccuum's, when picking up a sheet of paper from the board, not releasing the sheet once in a while, causing a blockade before paper even reaches the drum (or front lay).
It's happening above 3000 r.p.h., and usually with lighter sheets. Suckers doesn't release a sheet of paper on time, when the rollers are supposed to take over moving the sheets forward.

Any help would be much appreciated!
 
Perhaps too much vacuum from the feeder pump? Try turning down the vacuum pressure overall at the pump using the bleeder knob. Note the reading on the gauge before and after.
