Ryobi 750 comunication issue

I believe that i have a communication issue with a Ryobi 750, the machine shows the following error codes:

1- E-6 ( in the delivery unit).

2- 666 ( in the feeder unit).

3- E-100 ( in the touch panel).

Your support is needed.

 

Dear sir, Today I got same error 666 in my computer. Did you find any solution for this. I have Ryobi 750 Model 5 color with coater.

 

I also attached screen shot of my monitor.

 

It sounds like a board is going out. We have had to replace 2 in our 750

 

Could be the low voltage PSU in control box at feeder end. Check inputs & outputs.

I need help. I have a Ryobi 750 and I want to use new print plates
"Procesless!"
My problem is that the automatic starter program (start up) of the
press (start up, speed, pre-water fountain and Pre ink setting,
without paper), for the plate processing in the machine before the
paper entrance. The program time is very short, it is not enough in
number of water and ink laps to process the plate)
Does anyone know if I can rise the time of this program of automatic strat up?
In the automatic problem, I can rise the quantity of water solution or
ink, but always at the same time that the program lasts. I would like
increase the time of the program, more laps with water and ink without
paper, before start the production.

Yes these settings are adjustable in the service menu on your touch screen.

Could you tell me in which screen of the Service Menu I can peform this adjustment (Pre-setting fountain solution time no quantity and Pre-setting ink time no quantity?

In the Service Menu I can find the fountain solution and ink preadjustments (pre-settings), but they only allow me to adjust the quantity of ink or fountain solution , not the duration of the preadjustment or the number of laps in which the preadjustment is on in order to perform a complete developing process with the Procesless plates.
