Ryobi 75 - Vertical lines on print

Lines keep appearing when I print on block colors that are soft as seen on the picture. What is weird is the lines are not consistent on one side of the sheet or top of the sheet, it is random on every up in the sheet. Checked the plate with a loop and can't see any lines on it. Any idea what is causing this? I can provide more information to answer the questions. Thank you.

Look av your waterform roller and see if it is glazed, or can it be time to change your water ?
