Need help with Ryobi 662 PFH chain delivery grippers adjusting...
Rattling can be heard every three times of CD grippers moving.
But the sheets of paper are not tears.

How to setup Roller 20, Stopper 25?

I know only CD gripper closing - 132°30'

One common mistake a lot of printers make is not checking your chain for wear and stretch. if your chain has slack in it , the adjustment you make to open grippers will only be a temporary fix. adjust your chain tension first , then adjust gripper lever/cam follower/cam as needed.

You will need to look at your parts book and you'll see on the delivery end of the machine inside the side covers there is an adjustment screw with a lock nut on it. turn it one way it loosens the chain, turn it the other it tightens. the chain should be tight but not over tight. I usually make the chain tight enough that if you lift up on the chain about 1/2 way down the runner, the chain should lift off the runner about 1/2 inch. if it is too tight , it will not lift off the runner at all. once this is done now you can check to see if you have proper gripper transfer from impression cylinder to gripper bar on the chain. Rotate the press by hand and watch the paper transfer. make sure it smoothly goes into the grippers and you have enough bite on the paper. check this first before making adjustments ( if needed )
