ryobi 524h - units in pressure

i am having a problem with units 2 and 4 delaying coming out of pressure resulting in image printing on back cylinder. any ideas ?

 

is it printing the whole image or just a fews inches in? Are you running 4colour when it happens?

 

just the first few inches are printing. running 4 colour but happens when running 2 colour also

I've had that on a couple of Ryobies, over packed behind the blanket because the packing was creeping to the front. The other was build-up of grease and powder on the electro-magnet that holds the impression on. Now if the borad is sending a strong signal you can try putting a peice of ruby tape over the sensor to weaken it, to fix that you will need electrcal drawing to turn down the milli-volts on the sensors, but I would check for build-up first, good luck.
